CONFIGURATION
Feeding Unit
1. Lead-edge Feeding System, easy operation, high accuracy,(adopts sample lead feeder combined with first printing unit system).
1) 7.5KW high pressure centrifugal fans, according to the cardboard warping degree of frequency control pressure, to ensure warp cardboard or thin cardboard high-speed accurate transmission.
2) Left and right side of the baffle position manual adjustable, screw-driven.
3)Skip-feeding devices, could select skip-feeding according to needs. To ensure that large-scale cardboard can also be processed.
2. Feeding Roller: Single Feeding Roller
1)Upper feeding roll adopts outer diameter .156mm rubber roller, elastic buffer wear rubber (inside soft, outside hard), dynamic balance correction, to ensure smooth and accurate feeding.
2)Lower feeding roller adopts embossed rollers, hard chrome-plated, wear and smooth.
3)According to cardboard thickness, adopt worm gear box gap tuning, with locking device. Adjustment range 0-12mm
Printing Unit
1. Printing Roller
1) With printing plate, outer diameter .480mm
2) High quality steel production, surface grinded, hard chromium-plated. Static balance adjustment, stable operation, suitable for high speed running
3) Roller horizontal direction and circumferential direction with datum line, convenient for align plate
4) Fixed coil axis, suitable for standard hanging slats, realize rapid change plate
5) Electric 360° adjust printing roller, automatic digital display adjustment
6) Installed with foot switch to control plate roller reversing, convenient change plate
2.Pressing Roller
1) Adopt high quality seamless delicately processing, dynamic balance adjustment, stable operation
2) Diameter .175mm, surface grinded, hard chromium-plated
3)Gear adopt backlash adjustment mechanism, adjustment none-affect gear enunciation, guarantee
transmission accuracy.
4)Printing roller can be adjusted for a distance 0-12mm
3.Anilox Roller
1) Outer diameter .188mm
2) Pneumatic roller automatic lifting device and idle device.
3) Adopts the standard metal anilox roller.
4. Rubber Roller
1) Outer diameter .175mm
2) Rubber roller adopts Hebei Jizhou.
3) Overrunning clutch and automatic idling device, to prevent the ink dried.
4) Rubber roller drum type middle part higher, to ensure ink quality.
Slotting Unit
1.The above slotting shaft:175mm, after surface grinding treated with hard chromium. Above slotting knife holder diameter405mm, has the paper grabbing function.
2. Lower slotting shaftdiameter155mm, surface grinding and hard chromium plating. Lower slotting knife holder diameter260mm, has the paper grabbing function.
3. Slotting knife width 7mm, adjust scorers synchronously. Corner cutter can cut the edge width 50mm, mechanical adjustment of the knife holder transverse position.
4. Slotting knife holder gap adjusted by mechanism, range is 2~11mm.360°electric phase adjustment in positive and negative, digital display control.
5. Adjust the carton height by manual.
Die-cutting Unit

2)Imported excellent strength rubber pad, (Taiwan MaxDura), to ensure the service life, 10,000,000 times
3)International standard die-cutting cylinder structure (roller diameter, screw holes horizontal and circumferentially distance), convenience of custom-made dies.
Stacker unit
1)Installed with safeguard mechanism with the paper-receiving arm can
be operated by hand or automatically in order to prevent the sudden
falling down of the paper-receiving arm for the safety of the operating
personal.
2)The lifting of machine platform is driven by powerful chain.
3)The piling height is 1600mm.
4)The platform tilting height adjust automatically according to the paper
piling height. The rising and descending motor equipped with brake
function, that keep th fixed position to prevent falling down.
5)Adopt the organization of pneumatic paper lifting. Receiving tray will
automatically open can catch the paperboard while the paper are piled
to the planned height.
6)The surface corrugated belt can prevent the sliding of paperboard.
